High-End Films and a Sustainable Film Production for a Better World

Innovations for packaging as well as technical film markets

At Propak Asia from June 14 th to 17 th at the BITEC exhibition center in Bangkok Brückner Maschinenbau will focus on sustainability in film production. At booth Q34 visitors can get a deeper insight into BOPE packaging solutions for improved sustainability, especially BOPE mono-material structures. Brückner will present their BOPP/BOPE hybrid-line for the production of BOPE films, also having the flexibility to produce BOPP films. Film producers can choose between various working widths for full output and high film quality at both products.

A further focus is on battery separator film lines and components for the wet process

  • Sequential & simultaneous lines with an output ≥ 150 Mil m²/year
  • Newly released patents for advanced film production
  • High energy efficiency – low production costs – consistent film quality
  • All lines & components according to international standards and European regulations

Also at the joint booth: Brückner Servtec, presenting their service and upgrading solutions for film stretching lines under the motto “lifecycle and sustainability”:

  • New web appliance for the Brückner ONE service modules, providing even easier access to important production and plant information from anywhere in the world
  • Strengthened local presence of Brückner Group Asia Pacific in Thailand through new specialists on site from the areas of software, electric, mechanic and process
  • Improved local service with much faster response times
  • New OEM certified clip and chain overhaul centre for all chain and track systems, ensuring and maximising the availability of film stretching lines
