We Win ‘Innovative Motor Manufacturer’ Award for Our Synchrotorq Servo Motors
Our SynchroTorq range of servo motors has won us the ‘Innovative Motor Manufacturer’ award at the 2022-23 edition of the Modern Plastics India Award function in Mumbai on January 19th 2023.
Bharat Bijlee’s products and solutions span the machine automation pyramid for applications in diverse industries: Plastics, Textiles, Machine Tools and Metals. These are powered by automation products and servo drives in partnership with KEB Automation, Germany.
The SynchroTorq series of AC synchronous servo motors, together with KEB’s Combivert servo drives, provide superior dynamic control and energy savings for Plastic Injection Moulding Machines (IMM).
We have supplied over 12,000 servo solutions to leading IMM OEMs across the country. This is backed by our pan-India service network, and supported by our troubleshooting mobile app for drives.
Additionally, we offer an IIOT solution for plastic IMMs with predictive and preventive maintenance and customised dashboards for remote monitoring of productivity and quality.
SynchroTorq servo motors are available in ratings from 50Nm (13kw) to 280Nm (58kw). Going forward, we will offer these motors in lower ratings suitable for All-Electric IMMs as well as Printing & Packaging machines, together with the new generation of KEB’s servo drives.
We are also developing a direct drive torque motor for plastic extrusion machines that will eliminate the gear box, resulting in energy savings and increased productivity.
